BEGINNER YOGA SERIES WITH JEN KIRK
This series runs for 6 weeks and will introduce the fundamentals of yoga. This workshop-based series is aimed to develop a safe physical practice and learn basic breathing and meditation techniques. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Space is limited to 14 students.

POWER WORKOUT + YOGA SERIES
WITH DANICA AND NATASHA
This series runs for 4 weeks and is aimed to improve strength, power and flexibility to perform your best on the snow and reduce injuries. Natasha, of Get Real Coaching, and Danica, of Mindful Mountain Yoga, have designed this series together.
Classes are 1 hour, once weekly. Natasha starts with a 30 minute Power Workout class with high intensity, bodyweight exercises that target your hot spots and build power, strength & endurance. Danica then moves you through 30 minutes of gentle and restorative yoga to lengthen and relax. A perfect combination to keep you strong and limber for the slopes.

Give yourself the gift of concentrated time dedicated to exploring the benefits of a daily practice, the benefits of a home practice, and a glimpse into how even a small dose of daily mindfulness can impact your mental space in a BIG way.
Each of the 5 days will be a personal and collective investigation into stillness and inward focus, complemented by a powerful asana practice to increase mobility, strength and inner fire. Tapas is a Sanskrit term that is most effectively translated to describe this inner fire and sense of discipline -- what motivates and heats us.
